@Website says queries only by QM, so some people are simply mislabeling their queries as 'online form.' When in doubt, check the website guidelines :)

It seems that this agent responds to submissions when they have been sent by an online form but not often when sent by QueryTracker. Is this typiclal? Are the online forms only for specific people?
