About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

hkneale: I think she reps Mary Robinette Kowal (who also has a Regency with Magic series) so it could be she didn't feel she could effectively sell two series of that nature.

Wasn't enthusiastic enough about my concept (Regency Romance with Magic) to feel she's the agent for the project. Alas.

oenone, that's great that she gave you a helpful rejection on a partial, and that she's going to look at the revision! Good luck!

Helpful rejection 7-16

Asked if I could send her a revised partial after completing an R&R. She was very kind and said to go ahead and send it. I've asked other agents in the past to reconsider an ms after it's been thoroughly revised and not all of them have been as enthusiastic. I'm grateful she agreed :)

7-25 Sent revised partial
