About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

Very polite, encouraging personal rejection. 'There's much to admire here, but I'm afraid I didn't connect with the story strongly enough to feel I'd be the advocate the book deserves.

Back to the drawing board. I really liked her, too.

Good luck everyone!

Kindly worded form. Have to appreciate the quick response when so many let us hang in limbo.

Sent my query, May 14, 2014.
Requested full MS May 15.
Urban fantasy, 115,500 words.
The speed with which she gets back to querying writers is amazing and admirable. Fingers crossed...

Update: rejected July 8, 2014. Very kindly worded and encouraging, though distressingly vague as she couldn't put her finger on why she lost interest in the story. I am the saddest of pandas.

Nice enough, and quick.
