About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

12/2: nudge.

12/3: Susan emailed that she was very behind on reading & would get to it when she could.

It sounds like she's got tons on her plate. Congrats to everybody with full requests!

Weestro: Susan requested my full on Sept. 2nd and I haven't heard back yet. There were others at that time who'd already been waiting several months. Susan's really busy!

SpecuKate and Scarlettgirl: did you ever hear back on your fulls?

Queried on September 22 (Contemporary MG) and she requested my full manuscript which I happily sent.

On 11/17 I sent a nervously sent a nudge. Susan replied that she did recieve but was behind on her reading and that she'd get back to me as soon as she could. In the meantime I received another full request for the same project (haven't heard back on that yet either). Susan would obviously be my first choice, but the waiting has made me less optimistic.

Two months ago I loved what I sent her, now I've second guessed it to the point of garbage! Oh well, luckily I've got revisions on another project and I'm working on a first draft of an idea to keep me busy!
