About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Just so you know, QueryTracker does close electronic queries automatically if no response has been logged after 120 days. But you can turn that feature off if you go to "Settings & Tools" on the main menu and select "Account Settings" from the pull-down menu.

Jennifer13, thank you. I appreciate the info. Yes, Querytracker closed it out. I wish they had a better system before they closed them out. I do understand the need to clean up the data base but sometimes it is a bit frustrating. I'll look for his response. :-)

Patsails, it looks like he's running 6-7 months on responding, so you may very well hear from him! I queried 1/30 and am just going to leave this open until Querytracker closes it for me (which maybe they did for you!)
