About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this literary agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with literary agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the literary agent that is right for their book.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

Sorry to hear that, TodayistheDay. All we can do is keep on plugging. As we have all heard and read a thousand times, good writing is only part of this process, and those that keep on fighting are the ones that eventually find success.

Agree with you on the agents that don't even bother to respond on a full. I understand the demands on an agent's time and that their clients come first. Because of this, non-responses to a query are annoying, but acceptable to me. But when they have your full, even a one line rejection gives you some closure. I really don't think that is too much to ask. I have one full out for six months now, and have nudged twice with no response. It's especially annoying since the full was requested SAME DAY as the I sent the query.

Head up and keep going!
