About QueryTracker

Let QueryTracker tell you more about this agent. Including...

  • Query Response Times
  • Genres of Interest
  • Preferred Manuscript Lengths
  • The Best Time to Query
  • And More
And best of all, it's FREE.

How it works?

Writers provide data about their query experiences with agents.

That data is then compiled into reports showing details about each agent's query history, allowing writers to reach the agent that is right for their work.

Why is QueryTracker Free?

QueryTracker is free because it is our goal to collect as much data as possible about query letter results.

To do that, we need as many members as possible to submit their data, and the best way to do that is to make it free.

So please, join us in building the web's largest collection of query data.

Agents, please contact us to make any changes to your profile.

Always verify agent's information before sending your query. Verify the agent's query preferences, contact information, genres of interest, and if the agent is still open to queries.

Although QueryTracker tries to stay current, it is not always easy. Never trust any single source for agent information (and yes, this includes QueryTracker).

Review the user comments for more information, and always follow exactly what it says on the agent's website.

And NEVER give money to an "agent".

I met Claire at the Writer's Convention in Washington DC on March 29, 2014. I must say she was the nicest agent I have ever met. I met with five agents that day and all wanted one or more of my manuscripts. While all of the agents were positive, she by far was the nicest. If I could choose from all of them without hesitation I would choose her. That is saying something for I met with some very high profile agents that day including some that represent some extremely popular and profitable writers. My finger are crossed that someone I met that day will want to represent me but I really hope it is Claire who chooses me.

Five novels:
1. Historical Drama circa Civil War, Reconstruction
2. Historical drama with a touch of EL James
3. Fantasy fiction YA
4. Fiction/Romance circa 1969
5. Contemporary Drama/Romance think N.Sparks

I got a request for a full on 1/28 and sent it off that day. Two months is a little to early to nudge, right? Ah the suspense is killing me.

EDIT, thanks rumhoney, I figured as much. I always hate full requests, they're such torture.

Britton, most people agree that it's probably not a good idea to nudge on fulls until around the four-month mark. I know, it's torture. She'll probably get back to you sooner than that, though.
