Does anyone know if a rejection by one agent is a rejection by all? There is only one email address for submissions, which implies you can't sub more than once. Has anyone pitched more than once to that same email address but for a different agent each time?

Their website is difficult to navigate because the menus don't always pop the sub-menus up. I had to get to some pages via links turned up in a Google search. Here are two I couldn't reach by clicking:
