We queried Laurie Fall of 2020. Contemporary Fantasy.
She requested a full 3 months later, around Christmas. We sent a full Jan. 2021. Had a call and offer of rep, signed, went out on submission and had a pre-empt from our dream publisher 2 weeks later.

Please be aware:

My former agent worked at Fuse Literary. When she made the decision to leave agenting, she was told the agency would not orphan her clients, However, after she left Gordon and Laurie (the heads of the agency) informed us that the agency would not necessarily keep us on. We waited three weeks to hear back, with no communication about our work from the agency. Most of us were dropped with a copy-paste impersonal letter with no references.
