I sent this back in October 2023, its now 130 days out for a query via email. I CNR it and yet they had the audacity to reject it with a form letter rejection. You had this email for almost 6 months and I snudged this person with no response. What happened there did you go on a 6 month vacation, must be nice. @patrick or any admin should remove Agents that A) Don't respond timely or B) Flag agents that waste our time. This is ridicious
