I think she might send out some personalised rejections? I received this, but not 100% sure if it’s personalised and/or if she has different form rejections for projects she passes on. Anyway, it’s awesome if she does semi-personalise/personalise. I always appreciate that.

“After some consideration, I am afraid I won't be offering representation on this occasion. While there was a lot to like, I don't feel this is quite ready yet and think a bit more work is needed on the characterisation in order to proceed with this project, so that the characters feel fully three-dimensional from the first page.
