CNR after 79 days, but a few comments below mine there is a comment that says they received a full request at almost 90 days.
Assuming it's a CNR, but will give it until 90 days. I'm currently at 71.

Website says:
"If you don’t hear back from us within six weeks, the most likely scenario is that we read your query and do not think your project is right for us."
It's been more than 6 weeks for me at this point, so I'm just going to mark this as a CNR. I'd mark it as a rejection, but at this point, that's a distinction without a difference.
